“It was so-so! No breakfast, no microwave, no bottled water!”

“Restaurant very awful. Food took all day. When I ordered ribeye they came back and said they was out of steaks. They staff ate them all for lunch on their break. So I ordered country fried steak and mash potatoes. Potatoes was hard and not mashed but bitter to eat. Country fried steak was burnt and crumbled with I tried to cut it. Awful place to gamble. Do not do it”

“Staff had no enthusiasm when greeting customers. No wifi STILL after me and my spouse previously stayed weeks prior. Bedroom door wouldn't lock! Towels were dirty!!!”

“The bathtub was rusted, room was dusty, parking garage elevator was broken and apparently has been for a long time so you have to walk down the stairs if you need to park on the upper levels. Parts of the hotel did not have ventilation so there was no a/c blowing in the middle of summer .”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. Very disappointed with our experience. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., be aware that the parking garage is closed and there is no front desk staff on duty. We had to find the after-hours entrance, and thankfully the overnight security guard was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our room was another story. The room key didn’t work, there was no working key available for us, there was no hand soap, the floor was dirty, and we found hair, blood on a pillow, holes in the……

“Clean”

“Never saw a staff member the entire weekend stay…only a sign at the front desk stating “we stepped away from front desk, we will back momentarily” (yes, with the incorrect grammar). The room had no telephone to contact front desk, no vending machines were stocked or working, TV in the room did not work, under the bed sheets were little beads of piling, no extra blanket/pillows, no cleaning services were provided, no cups provided for in room coffee pot bar or ice, there was no complimentary……

“The property was clean”

“The room was clean but the tv did work and there was no shampoo or body wash that's what it's very noisy , really didn't get much sleep”

“Great staff but room was not the cleanest.”

“We were choking on charm and drowning in character. Breakfast was great!”

“Our bathroom the sink drained very slow and the toilet you had to continuously hold the handle down in order for it to flush, this made the experience not the great. It would have help if when we told the person at the front desk to offer to comp some of the room considering this was something major for us.”

“The gentleman that greeted us was friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious and included a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and kitchenware. We only used the refrigerator, which was clean and working well. The room itself was a little dated and needed some minor maintenance including a loose toilet seat and showerhead replacement. The bathroom is large, but towels are a good 4 feet from the shower with no nearby hooks, which is inconvenient. Breakfast was adequate.”

“There is no water in the pool. The room had only one working light . It was dark in the room . The next morning in the breakfast room their were roaches crawling in the bed box and behind the o.j. machine . We did not eat or have coffee . We got gone”
