"The check-in was a nightmare. 1) The villa was not ready on time. There was a 45 minute delay. Other families had to wait as well. 2) After finally getting a key, we had to wait for the "concierge" to get a parking pass. That was another 20 minutes as the one concierge person try to sell every tour she could think of instead of giving us the pass. 3) The check out wasn't any better. Since we were leaving early in the morning, the front desk assured me that someone was there 24 hrs. When I pulled up, the doors were locked. A security man finally showed up telling me rudely to read posted signs on the door and how he cannot man the front desk all the time. So much for the 24 hr coverage. The place was clean. There is one restaurant on site but it's pricy for the food offered. The amenities are great for families with small children. Otherwise, there is nothing there to do. I would not be returning. There are so many other resorts in the area and this one is not worth the money spent."

"Nice hotel in a peaceful location, just off the beaten path and outside all the traffic of uptown Sedona. Great hikes with stunning views, (without masses of tourists!) nearby, trailheads just behind the property. Shuttle for other trailheads just across the street. Pleasant common spaces with a third floor deck with beautiful views. "

"TV/internet did not work while we were there for 3 nights/4 days. We called front office three times. One no answer; one put on hold for over 10 minutes; one they said they would send someone to fix. Nothing happened. That being said, room was typical hotel room but had a kitchenette that was stocked with basics. Pools, hot tub were nice; area is amazing."

"The location was spectacular and so quiet with a gorgeous view of Cathedral Rock. The road is closed to the public during the day, but with the resident permit, you get exclusive access to the neighborhood. The host was so kind and helpful answering questions. She also stocked the fridge with fresh things that was a special surprise touch."

"Great place to stay! Cottage is clean, supplied, comfortable, and quiet. Hot tub is very nice with stars directly overhead. Host is available, responsive, and chill. Will look to stay here again next time we visit Sedona."

"The rooms were clean but a bit outdated. We stayed for just a night so it didn’t matter much. We were a large group (3 adults and 3 kids) and felt there was enough space with two queens and a sofa bed. The pool was heated which the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was included which was just one selection on the menu. We ordered other things so they applied a $5.95 credit per person if ordering something different from the ‘free’ option. "
