“A fantastic holiday made all the better by the staff. Mahmoud and Ahmed in the dining room always greeted us as if we were old friends. Amazing selection of food, always fresh. Spotless facilities, complimentary masks for snorkeling, daily fresh beach towels. This was an exceptional holiday. ”

“Amazing in the hotel environment and food, especially dinna with different theme everyday. But the beach bar is terribly unfriendly for the food offer, only care about close, even require to have something before closing, a lot of excuses not to provide. Need to be enhanced especially for this leader or manager as he is too rude and not thinking to provide service to guest”

“Title: Appalling Experience – Unsafe, Unhygienic & Completely Misleading
My stay at Kaktus Somabay was a disaster from the moment I checked in on November 27, 2025. The first room was covered in thick dust, to the extent that my new iPad cover became damaged within minutes. When I reported it, management responded with denial and disrespect, insisting it “did not happen here.” Their attitude alone was unacceptable.
After being moved three times, every room had the same unhygienic dust problem.……
