“Appartement très bien situé, en tres bon état et tres propre. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie est très confortable. Les 2 metros sont à 10/15min mais plusieurs bus passent à 5/10min. Little Venice accessible le long du canal à 30min à pied. Un grand Sainsbury est à 15 min à pied mais plein de superettes autour (dont un coast cutter) Bien adapté pour 4 adultes, peut etre juste pour 6 (SdB petite et WC non séparés), et trop petit pour 8.”

“Black mold, refridgerator was filled with ice and leaking, hidden switch to turn on heating plates (no guide to find it). Gaslighting service technician arrived after 3 hours and had no tools and just started hacking away with a knife on the ice and left instead of repairing the refridgerator door lip not sealing properly. Was told no other rooms were available and they were fully booked. Lost all hope in finding solution with this place, as they knew these issues were present when renting it……
