「The staff were very approachable & helpful from check-in to check-out. The cleaning crew doing the daily services were very helpful too. The apartment had everything that we needed. The kitchenette was a great help to make quick meals. The bed was comfortable & I loved being able to sit on the balcony in the warm winter sun 🌞. It is well located & close enough to most things. The rooftop area is also fantastic with seating where we had our lunch at times.
I will again stay at Hotel Diana South...

「On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」
