「We had such a wonderful stay with Todd and Kate! They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was just as described. We truly appreciated their hospitality and how easy and pleasant they made the whole experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend their place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you so much for everything!」

「A well situated property in a quiet location in the south of San Jose. Sufficiently clean and plenty of space for a family of four. Good value, and a solid jumping off point from the South Bay.」

「He is an AMAZING host went above and beyond for me and my friends would book again 」

「I can’t say this was inaccurate to the description (because there was no picture of the bed...) but certain things you just take for granted, like a nice comfortable, clean bed. The bed was a chaise lounge with a sheet set that was not clear if it was recently used or if it just didn’t fit the “mattress”. The “bed” was right next to a window that had a leak and it was cold and wet. This particular night was high winds and a LOT of rain, and Th e small cadet heater and portable heater were...

「Such a wonderful stay! Walkable to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. The owners thought of absolutely everything! We appreciated the coffee, the snacks, the waters and beverages, the extra towels and even the magnifying mirror. Clear communication too. Very quiet and a cute little private yard.」

「You get what you pay for. The room was very hot and the fans were squeaky and loud, so we couldn’t watch TV because we couldn’t hear it and the host actually texted us to turn it down. There was little parking at all hours since the unit is next to a school and apartments. A lot of random things were dirty, but the linens were clean and...

「Everything was great! We were just looking for a place to sleep as our itinerary for the time we were there was packed. I wish we would have been able to enjoy the patio area with the fire pit and beautiful view.」

「Good value. Quiet street. Large space. Older feel. No problems.」

「Nice apartment. Gracious hosts. Easy walking distance to Winchester Mystery House and a shopping center. Parking was great and there were extra blankets, although a few extra pillows would have made it even better. Hosts were super communicative and recommended excellent eating choices.」

「I had an amazing stay. It was clean, spacious and welcoming. I will be back!」

「Location was perfect, the place was very clean. Decor was cozy and minimalistic. Primary bed mattress was very comfortable.」

「We enjoyed long walks in the beautiful surroundings, especially at sunset. The peaceful vibes made our evenings magical. It was the perfect escape for us, really lovely to unwind together!」
