"There was no outdoor pool as advertised. The jacuzzi was operating available. The outdoor lights on balcony were covered with spiderwebs and flies. The curtain in one of the rooms was ripped and tattered."

"We had a great time in the cabin at Alex Bay. It was spacious, clean and really convenient to everything in the area. Bob was a friendly, fabulous host who responded immediately when we had questions and communicated clearly. We would love to return in the future and would absolutely book there ..."
