“My husband and I booked Caramel by the Sea for our honeymoon. We wanted something private with a pool and this home did not disappoint. The views from the pool and back wraparound deck were phenomenal. The interior with the wood and high ceilings was beautiful. It was really helpful to have a greeter meet us at our jeep rental and show us the way to the house. Chef Ted lives below but we only saw him once and he was very personable. The house has everything you could need. Gorgeous kitchen.……

“We have visited St. John several times and views are always a top priority when choosing our home for the week. No rental property on island beats the views at Palm Vista. Enjoying coffee in the morning on the veranda, relaxing in the loungers by the pool, taking in the sunset or stars in the evening… all breathtaking in photos but even more spectacular in person. In addition to the villa’s serene outdoor living space, the interior is beautifully decorated, very clean, and equipped with anything……

The landscaping around the pool was beautiful and the views are incredible. The villa is quiet and private with a lot of wildlife. We saw lizards, deer, iguanas, and a darling family of 4 stray cats hung out in the woods nearby. The black and white kitten is so friendly! Check your hood before leaving because……

“Great location tucked away from everything.All your basic essentials and more were at the house including beach chairs and towels. The home was nice and stocked with dish soap, garbage bags, tissues and soaps. Stuff you wouldn’t want to have to buy while on vacation.My two biggest things about the place was it smelled of smoke pretty badly when we arrived. Someone had definitely smoked in the bedrooms and upstairs prior to us arriving. Even so much that we double checked the listing to see if……
