A huge appreciation to Francisco as he Welcomed both my wife and myself with Great Professionalism. As soon as the bags were out of the Uber he was wheeling them in and then help check us in. "Overall the hotel is great (especially the pool area). Food and drinks are reasonably priced. Could do with a few more sun loungers around the pool, there does seem to be plenty of room! Staff on the whole were pretty good aside from the odd grumpy member of staff at the pool bar, it was super busy though so maybe she was just a bit stressed. Cleaning is OK, a few little things were missed (e.g. shower soap dispenser was not refilled as it ran out on the last day) but pretty clean and tidy otherwise. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!"
