“The rooms are small but clean and up to date. The air conditioning is beast mode. Only complaint is i wish the bed was a little more comfortable. But the highlight is the staff super friendly and super accommodating. And the hotel is in a great location in town. ”

“Villa 5 was amazing! My family and I felt right at home. Everything in the villa was clean and in working order. The grounds are well maintained and we spend a few nights just hanging out while the kids were in the above ground pool. The pool isn’t great for swimming it it helped keep the kids cool. Centrally located. Walking distance to shopping and dinning. ”

“Great Location and Rooftop Patio. Rooms were spacious and clean. Owner was very accomodating to our early checkin and transfers to and from the airport. We were able to book a golf cart directly through them with ease. Would recommend.”

“Beautiful resort, extremely helpful and amazing staff. The only downside was the construction was very loud and started early and there was some minor leakage during a big storm. The staff really did make it a great stay despite the construction and the food was excellent. Would absolutely return once the construction dies down! ”

“We had an AMAZING stay at Caye Casa. First and foremost, the facilities are great. The rooms are large and clean, and the property is well maintained. Additionally, the location is great. That being said, what really made our trip is how kind and helpful the staff are. We had a few things go wrong on our trip, and Jake and his staff did everything in their power to help us out. “Friendly staff, rooms were very clean, daily supply of 2 waters, coffee, tea and fresh towels. Each room has small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Also provided is an lockbox. Area on balcony to hang clothes to dry. Restaurants and shops all very near and a short 5 minute walk to dive shop. Air conditioning good!”

“Stayed in Cabana 4 for a week in January, room was excellent, bed was firm and comfortable. Staff on site were excellent and enjoyed the daily breakfast either sitting on the porch or at the tables set up by the pool. Location was great, casual and fun truck stop literally across the street and the always excellent rum dog a couple of minutes away. 2 grocery stores within 5 minutes and a fridge in the room for your drinks. 2nd time in Belize, this is a perfect, quiet, relaxing property with easy……
