「When we first arrived, the front desk staff had absolutely poor customer service. Not helpful, rude, impatient. Thankfully, the other staff during the day and other evenings were wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was good, rooms very clean and comfortable.」

「Loved the larger room lay out.」

「Room was clean and comfortable. Our needs were meant.」

「It was good」

「Entire property had a distinct odor throughout. Carpet pulling up in hallway and stairwell Roku tv that didn’t work.」

「Great」

「Staff was great and helpful, but room had a lot of stains on the floor, cauch and even the mattress.」

「The room was filthy. The carpets were disgusting. The people beside you wake up crack a** of dawn coffin, listening music.」
