“The walls are thin. We were woken up by noise from the next room. We first heard hangers rattling and voices. You shouldn't hear hangers or voices from the next room. I assume the banging we heard was something like suitcases being set on the hard floor. The bed and pillows were the best of the three hotels we stayed in on this trip.”

“The hotel itself was nice overall, and the staff were friendly, professional, and spoke multiple languages, which was very helpful. However, for a 5-star airport hotel, there were several disappointing aspects that felt hard to overlook.
