Pros: Great location and a very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The public spaces downstairs are public, noisy and always full of people. Sometimes it was even difficult to reach the room because of the crowd at the hotel's main entrance.

This was a perfect stay for our family trip. It offered enough space and privacy from while traveling with teenagers. The location was great. Quick walk to Wall St, Battery Park, and the Brooklyn Bridge. It was close to dining and subway station. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.

The proximity to all the things we love was great. Elevators were fast! Staff very helpful and pleasant. Enjoyed the coffee shop and lounge at 7:00 while the rest of my crew slept. Would stay there again.
Only concern…low water pressure in shower.
