Costa Mesa Regal Edwards Metro Pointe Hotels

"Rooms are absolutely nothing alike the pictures online. First we arrived and the room looked like it was a motel 2 stars. Second, the next day they never cleaned the room, we came back and nothing was clean. The amenities are horrible. Toiletries were in a packet and super back quality. Nothing like the pictures. We asked for more towels and they only had small for hands. Then in top of everything the day we left we wanted to take a shower and there was no hot water. Horrible experience. I will never come back to this hotel "

And when I noticed there wasn't a fridge in the room, I was told "Oh, you have a room with two double beds, so it doesn't have one" -- but I could add one for an additional fee. Ridiculous. "
