「My room was very clean, but the bathroom extractor was not functioning properly. I mentioned the problem to the front desk person. Breakfast was very good and fresh, with enough time to eat. The hotel area is well situated. There is no noisy traffic close to it. The bed appeared a little old, because it made a lot of noise. The TV remote control did not work well. The hot water for the chocolate was cold.」

「Reasonable price, clean and sanitary, first-class service, worth experiencing」

「Maybe the nicest friendliest staff I’ve ever had at a small hotel. Everyone I interacted with was amazing. The room was spotless. I really enjoyed having a full fridge.」

「Enjoyable stay」

「Very good」

「Room smelt disgusting and we had to leave the door open to air out the smell, as well as discovering roaches!」

「I stay at a lot of business hotels and this was likely the best overall. The hotel was amazingly clean and the staff everywhere I encountered them were so warm and genuinely friendly and helpful. Amazing experience overall. Flolella (probably misspelled) at the front desk was exceptional. I would hire her myself if I could.」

「Nice hotel, clean. But the walls are paper thin we were woken up multiple times by people in the hallway and the next room.」

「Staff was awful. I paid for 3 rooms, arrived well after check-in, and my rooms were not ready. 30 minutes later I’m told my rooms are ready. 2 rooms were, however the 3rd room was occupied. My teenage daughters walked in on a man coming out of the shower and 2 kiddos were also running around the room nude. I requested a refund immediately and was told i had to wait until Monday and speak with the manager.」

「The hotel was going through a remodel when Hurricane Isaias hit the area. Our room on the 1st floor began having water drip from the ceiling and the outside walls. They are soon going to have a severe mold and rot problem. They moved us to a smaller room but wouldn't refund the difference. Money 1st, customer last.」

「Nice hotel」

「We would visit again.」
