「It was very clean and tidy. Housekeeping did a fantastic job everyday. We are a family of five of which three are boys under ten. The front desk was so accommodating and professional. We will definitely be staying here again. Also, the boys loved the rock slide at the pool!」

「This was our first stay here and it definitely will not be our last. The staff was courteous and helpful and the customer service was impeccable. The activities on site were enjoyed by all and was appreciated that everything was kid friendly, we especially enjoyed the movies by the pool. The food was good and the breakfast buffet had so many options it was easy to satisfy everyone including the picky eaters. We had a blast! Til next time HIR FWB, we can’t wait to come back! 」

「Super easy check in. My room was ready so I was able to check in a little bit early. There is a snack corner right by the front desk with several drink and snack options. It’s kind of tucked in so you really have to be looking for it to see it. The pool is smaller but good if you have small kids. The location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. The room was super clean and and housekeeping came everyday. All in all great stay! 」

「My husband and I only stayed for 3 nights and for the price it was really good. We did have a hiccup when arriving with the bathroom light not working and the tv was ripped off the stand but when taking to the hotel staff, he quickly swapped us rooms. 2nd room we moved to was nice. Clean linens and bathroom. We did have a slight issue when arriving with the toilet slow flushing but we grabbed a $3 plunger from Walmart, gave it one good push and all was back to normal (didn’t want to bother hotel...
