"We were greeted by a very helpful and friendly staff. She let us know what restaurants and shopping was in the area. The room was clean and bright and had everything that you could want. The beach and the cafes was only a 5 minute walk. "

"Our stay was so great, rooms in the villa were clean, the staff were the friendliest people and helpful at every interaction. We weren't sure we'd booked a non-pet friendly room though, so always good to check with the Reflections team if you can swap to a pet-friendly stay. They were accommodating and understanding. The views in our cabin were beautiful, the location a short walk from the lake and beaches. Felt very secure and safe with the well managed system at Reflections Tuncurry."
