“One of the loveliest stays we have experienced in a unique place. The peniche is exquisite and cosy. Some people might not like sharing the common spaces with other guests. However, we had the place to ourselves 2 nights in a row and met lovely people at the breakfast table. A place like no others. There could be more comfortable chairs in the living room if the weather was inclement.”

“It was a lovely clean well maintained place. The host was nice. A few minor items, the WiFi stopped working after one day and there’s no phone signal the area. There was no hand soap provided in the bathroom, and it’s in the middle of a farming working area. Otherwise I recommend it, and believe it to be better than most accommodations around. ”

We had such a wonderful time that we decided to stay an extra night, which was no problem at all, and Salvatore and Vincenzo arranged another beautiful room in the castle. The quiet place is neatly situated close to Nantes, Saint Nazaire, the La Baule beach and other great attractions and landmarks. We will likely be back again next year, many thanks for a pleasurable stay!”
