"Great location. It was storming out so it was nice that there was a parking garage for the car. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean with lots of room to move around in."

"Staff is great, room was clean. Valet is a nice service. Indoor access to the galleria. Food ok at restaurant though $25 for breakfast was ridiculous. And the TV needs a serious upgrade in the room....only regular cable and no guide....no option for streaming services. Bed was comfortable but pillows were the kind that squish down to nothing. Ok for the price."

"The room was not ready at 3 but that was okay. However, the ADA bathroom rail was mounted behind the toilet. That is NO help for someone in a wheelchair. They are not exactly alone. The handicap rooms in so many places are ridiculous. Alos, someone needs to readdress what a handicapped parking space looks like. That is a national issue so not their fault. I would probably stay there again but would hope they had a different handicap room."

"Staff was helpful & friendly. Rooms & bathroom were clean & spacious. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, but it was more than continental that was advertised. There were eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, & potatos & waffle maker. I really enjoyed the coffee machine that made lattes & cappuccinos & such. The pool area was nice. The location was near the interstate & perfect for my needs during the visit to the area. The price was also affordable for a comfortable hotel."

"Extremely clean and the room was very nice and larger than most other hotels. Noise from outside in the morning was more than most places especially since there weren’t many people there but overall nice place for overnight stays."

"Shower and sink not enough water pressure"

"The hotel is a bit run down, the bed was hard, and sat on a metal frame so when you moved it made noise. The room was clean, but the floors must be very thin because you could hear all the walking (stomping) on the floor above you. The breakfast was mediocre at best, I went down about 8:30 and all that was left was 2 small muffins, 1 prepackaged waffle and like 3 small microwave small biscuit with sausage. No butter, no jelly.. they said breakfast was between 7-9, at least try and keep a few things out for those of us that may not get up at the crack of dawn. It was super close to the galleria so if your gonna shop it’s in a good location."
