「The views are excellent and our room an executive double was good but very tired and in need of decoration.. Majority of staff were helpful but service was generally slow. Drinks at the bar were very expensive and bar staff less than helpful. Breakfast was adequate but service although polite and engaging was very slow. The fridge in the room was regularly stocked with water and fresh milk which was lovely in our morning tea.」

「Whilst it’s not in St Helier Town, the hotel has a minibus facility which runs from the hotel to the Town centre. Car hire customers will have no problem accessing free parking outside the hotel entrance. Rooms are a bit dated but scrupulously clean and the shower is clean and towels plentiful and regularly (daily) changed. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful, full English and Continental if preferred. Dinner was adequate if a wee bit pricey, at £36. Staff in the restaurant are pleasant, very...

「This is our 2nd time staying at De L'Etang. We like the comfortable & clean room, friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast options & delicious Greek food in the attached Taverna! Close to St Helier & bus routes. Wonderful outlook over the beach. When we next have a holiday in Jersey, we will happily book De L'Etang again.」

「The best part of the hotel was the reception staff, they were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for these professionals, Hotel Savoy you should be so proud of these ladies. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast, fresh and an array of everything, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room on the ground floor was extremely clean, perfect for a one nights stay but it was a little tired looking in places. I would definitely stay again.」
