“Very enjoyable stop over”

“The room and the facilities are old, even the bathroom is not very clean and the internet is not working well. The breakfast was very simple. I thought it isn’t a good place to live if you don’t play golf.”

“It was just okay. Booked there for breakfast and laundry because we were there for a soccer game. Washed laundry twice and still dirty. Asked the night guy if he could help me out and he didn’t know how to work the laundry machines. Had to go to laundromat early next morning. Breakfast was boiled eggs, breads, fruit, yogurt, instant oatmeal. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfy, but we had no shampoo! Had the checkout clerk asked how our stay was, I would have gladly voiced :)”

“When i got there the hotel only had rooms on one side of the buliding due to renovation. I then was told they had no king size bed rooms and they only had a double.Room was not clean, the bed covers and sheets were stained. I checked in at about 8pm went to get food and came back around 11pm. This was my first time seeing the room and checked out. Advised staff of the conditions of the room and was told no refund and that I would only get my deposit back. I then went to another hotel. I DO NOT……

“This property is good overall, I had stayed a few times over the last few year and alway rated excellent. This year was different, took longer to get attention in certain areas . Linens had absolutely signs of wear . Broken shave shelf in shower. Water glass dirty. Was a bit shocked ”

“The room was not clean, cob webs with live spiders in one of the corners of the room, dead bugs in the light covers, dirt all around the tub and in the bathroom. Pool is not heated even though it’s an indoor pool. Breakfast ended at 10. We started eating at 8:30. They just wouldn’t remake any of the eggs or anything so when they ran out they were just out. They would start packing food away at 9. We couldn’t get new towels for over 24 hours. Couldn’t get our room cleaned for over 24 hours. There……

“They don’t tell you that your pet cannot weigh more than 30 pounds. They let us have our dog, even though he is about 40, but we had no idea that was part of their rules.”

“Overall the place worked for our week. Internet was sufficient. There is a $100 deposit that isn't listed anywhere online. On our first night, we mentioned we had a service dog and were not charged a pet fee. When we extended our stay, they charged us a pet fee saying we never told them even though I had the communication. They made a fuss about having to check the room to refund the pet fee. Walls are very thin and the place is a bit outdated. The shower head looked disgusting, but surprisingly……
