Have your own two-story row home in a community with a pool - 2 private parking spaces, a private screened in patio, gas grill, and cozy couches and beds (with linens included) Easy home entry by code at the front door lock, so no lost keys.

**Pool Season 2025 - The pool will be open from May 22 - September 14.

We are about a mile from the beach - located right at the turn off from Route 1 onto Rehoboth 1A. We are right behind Blue Coast Grill and Big Fish - in Rehoboth Beach Gardens.

This is our eighth year renting the place and have made many improvements in the last two years.

*Rentals are Saturday to Saturday in season and for the comfort and safety of our guests, linen delivery is included and required for your vacation.*

The property has a community pool and is a quiet respite from the craziness of downtown Rehoboth Beach or the beach. The unit comes with two parking spaces. There are also several visitor spaces available for short-term use. In addition to the pool, there is also a communal tennis/pickle-ball court.

There is excellent WiFi. You'll have no trouble working from home, streaming video and playing games. Set up on the dining room table and get to work, then take a break to go to the pool or beach!

Unit has three bedrooms (two queens, one full), two full bathrooms upstairs (one connected to the master bedroom, and then a shared bathroom for the other two rooms) as well as a half bathroom downstairs.

* Work from home, then enjoy evenings out.
* Hang at the Community Pool and enjoy our outside shower to rinse off.
* Shop at the Outlets - You can just walk or take the DART bus for just $2!
* Head into Rehoboth to shop or dine - Downtown Rehoboth has a collection of local shops and dining including the famous Thrasher's Fries and Grotto Pizza.
* Lie out at the Beach - Take a 5 minute DART bus or just enjoy the walk to the beach. It's about a 20 minute / 1 mile walk. Use the outdoor shower to rinse off.
* Cook at home - a well-sized and stocked kitchen with coffee and tea makers (both Keurig and regular drip machine) full range, dishwasher and a table that can accommodate up to 8 people.

Overall, this was a very positive experience. The development is quiet, laid out well, and has a very nice pool. It is right off the coastal highway and I would say the only drawback to the location is that you need to drive a couple miles through what is often heavy traffic to get to the beach. The house is lovely and the owner clearly put a lot of thought and time into setting it up with everything you might need. The kitchen had a wide variety of dishware and cookware like at home. There were plenty of cleaning supplies, including a carpet shampoo machine. Having lots of beach towels, kitchen towels, beach chairs & umbrellas there made life so much easier. Checking in was simple; Paul emailed us the code and it worked. Assigned parking right outside the front door made loading and unloading a breeze.One thing I really appreciated was a detailed set of instructions which the owner provided, an extremely well organized guide to not only everything in the house, but to the area as well. We had a couple of glitches with an appliance and the cleaners, but the owner was amazing in his willingness to quickly address problems. It is rare to have any summer rental where everything is perfect, but what is more important is to have someone like Paul who is responsive and willing to go above and beyond to address things when they come up.This is a place I would definitely rent again.

Week at Rehobeth

This property was perfect for our family of 6. Close to beaches and a short drive from the boardwalk. Having beach chairs and beach towels was super appreciated. The pool was clean and great for our kids. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

Family Reunion Fun

We stayed here for a family reunion and enjoyed it thoroughly! Very clean and provides linens and towels so everything ready for the arrival. Especially enjoyed the community pool, which we had to ourselves most of the time. Convenient location and right by Big Fish Grill which was voted Best seafood. Also had enough kitchen equipment and a gas grill for at home meals too.Very enjoyable!

Perfect Reho condo!

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo nestled behind Big Fish restaurant accommodated my family (5 of us) with ease. The linens package was neat and clean, showing up on our doorstep at check in. There was no key to fumble, just a numbered passcode for the week. The two parking passes were easy to find and place in our cars, the pool pass is for a locked pool gate only a 2 min walk from the door! We didn’t use the outdoor shower but only because we didn’t need to. The kitchen is slightly outdated but all appliances work well and did the job. Laundry was used daily and the bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious and clean. Getting in and out of the community was easy, and the host was super friendly and easy to get ahold of. Overall we loved our stay and would stay again!

Holiday Getaway

We had a wonderful trip! Paul communicated with me before, during, and at the end of our trip. He also communicated in a timely manner. Quiet, clean and friendly community. The house was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The porch outback was an added bonus for a relaxing stay. Paul has this home supplied with just about everything you will need for your trip. I tend to overpack & didn’t need to grab from my just in-case bin. There are even fans & beach towels in every room. Thanks for ensuring we had a great stay Paul!

Summer Vacation

Very nice 3 bedroom townhouse, enough room for the 3 of us. We enjoyed spending time sitting on the screened in back porch. Convenient location between Rohoboth and Lewes. The DART bus stop is nearby in front of the Big Fish Grill and within walking distance. The pool was around the corner and was clean and a nice size, with a bathroom on- site. The owner was very responsive and answered questions promptly. It would have been nice having a binder with all information, regarding the house, trash pickup etc., things to do nearby, restaurant suggestions, instead of relying on reading it on my phone. FYI there are no washcloths included in the linen package and we had to purchase our own. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood and would stay here again.

If you can book it, do it!

Location was excellent. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to both Rehoboth and Lewes, for twice the beach fun. Check in was flawless. Great to not have to bring linens. Check out was even easier. Clean up and go. Community pool is great. Not busy like a hotel “all tourist” property. Half the time we had the pool to ourselves. Paul was great with communication and any concerns we had. Will definitely book here again if we decide to go to Rehoboth or Lewes.

Paul’s townhouse was just as advertised.The place has all the amenities you need/want.Location was terrific, short ride to beaches,restaurants and shopping.I was very impressed with the ease of navigating the televisions,other places are difficult to say the least.The pool was great for the little one.

Great location

The property is close to restaurants and has a good sized pool which was very clean. The house is a good size and the kitchen has most of what you need to cook for a family (depending on your needs). The owner is very friendly and so are the neighbors.

Given the wrong code to access property Banister on front stoop wobbled, 2 rungs were detached at the bottom carpet had spots & needed a thorough cleaning, we had to wear socks at all times, and they became filthy during wear spiders & cobwebs were found in various places on prperty black hair on dresser and door Dishes were still in dishwasher, not unloaded Kitchen table was sticky Sun room flooded last two days Sliding doors to deck had a 'Charlie' bar for locking, no deadbolt - completely unsafe washer and dryer rattled and were noisy during use headboard in middle room squeaked, needed to be bolted to wall no headboard in small bedroom, no space to walk around old kitchen appliances outdated kitchen cabinets, no knobs, needs a good surface cleaning not enough room for 5 adults to relax master bath was a closet size, shower door opened into toilet property just didn't feel clean Had to clean and sanitize all surfaces Glass on coffee table was detached and almost slide off onto floor Old bathroom faucet fixtures online pictures of property were deceiving we have always stayed at properties that were pristine, this was subpar at best

Wonderful accomodations

We selected Paul’s rental home for our family vacation this year and were happy we did. The home had everything we needed, location was great for getting around, community had a nice quiet pool. Paul was wonderful to work with, accommodating and responsive. We hope to come back.

Great vacation!

We had a great vacation in this condo with a terrific pool...perfect after a day at the beach. Very quick trip (even with traffic) to Rehoboth Ave. and Dewey. Location was perfect. Paul, our host was fantastic and addressed any issue that we had in a very timely way. Check-in and out was seamless with no surprises. WiFi was able to accommodate those of us that had to work a day here and there and the kitchen was well equipped and the gas grill (with all of the utensils that you need) worked really well. Thank you, Paul for a great stay.

Great House and Vacation

We had a great stay and vacation at this home. From the moment we booked, we were welcomed and felt at home. The house was in a great location and gave us easy access to the beach, stores, restaurants, and the bus, when we decided to leave the car. The house was well-appointed and spacious. The host immediately addressed an issue we had. The pool, grill, and parking provided additional value. We would definitely stay at this house again!

Great Location

Overall, great place to stay for a quick trip to the beach. We happened to visit during one of the hottest summer weeks and the air conditioning definitely had a hard time keeping up. There were some issues with parking passes and beach towels, due to previous tenant negligence, but Paul was great at communicating and was accommodating.
