Great House not far from beach!

We loved staying at the Bayview Landing house. It is a great house with plenty of room and comfortable beds. We had a blast at the beach and enjoyed dinner on the bay. The Fenwick Ice Co. was a hit with the kids. The house is in a great location with the nearest beach being just a few miles away. The Ocean City MD boardwalk took about 30 minutes to drive to. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Just an okay stay. Pros: grill was good, back area is nice (but bring bug spray), garage is a great feature, rooms are good sizes, beds are good, kitchen was adequate, large dining room table was perfect for our 9. Cons: Unfortunately the house is not very well maintained for cleanliness (carpets, couches) and the HVAC filters were disgusting and I had to clean and replace them myself. The grill had no propane which wasn’t noticed until dinner time and I had to go get more myself. Many of the games offered (board games, dart board) were incomplete and not well maintained. Many broken things around the house (knobs, fixtures) and missing decorations off the walls. The cookware was all pretty dirty and also not well maintained. If I was the owner of the home I think I’d be disappointed in the upkeep of the home since the photos of the home were taken. The worst part is VACASA and their inability to take action and communicate. When we communicated about the HVAC filters and vents being disgusting they told us they were working on it and literally did NOTHING. I ended up vacuuming the vents myself and replacing the filters after 24+ hours. They never placed a work order like they said. They also sent a repair tech without no communication, to fix a simple towel rack. The tech had full authorization to enter the home with no one home and no communication. VACASA keeps blaming the “local office” for all the issues. I will not rent a MD/DE VACASA home again. They did give me $100 for the trouble of the HVAC filters and propane, but I’d rather not have those issues.

Not Ready For Use - Terrible Owner

The lawn, deck, patio, and sunroom were very unkept - weeks overdue for a cut with things turned over or lying on the ground. There was no toilet tissue in the downstairs bathroom and no extra anywhere else. The dishes, pans, and utensils had food particles and rust on them. The water heater was set very low (vacation/travel). The master shower needs to be regrouted and cleaned. The Netflix account is locked to Chinese or Korean characters. The robot messages from the rental company were impersonal and rude (early morning text to remind you that your stay is over and requesting e-confirmation that you have left). We will never rent from Vacasa again!!!

The home has everything you need and the supermarket is close. Ocean City is a hop skip and a jump so the home is in a perfect location.

The house is beautiful! More than enough room for a large group. The house is well taken care of and has all the comforts of home. Having linens available at the property was very convenient. We would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful place

This house was so much more than we could of dreamed of! We stayed here with two other families all with kids 7 and under. The shared pool was such a hit for the kids. We did a few days at the beach but they always asked to swim shortly after getting back. If you don’t mind walking the pool isn’t too far of a walk and the kids all seemed to enjoy doing that. The back yard was just the right size for the kids to play little games together. The screened in porch was also such a bonus for the kids and adults with lots of board games for everyone. Outdoor shower was awesome too! House was very clean upon arrival and the beds were all so comfortable!! We brought extra blanket but didn’t need any of them. Lots of dressers for unpacking too. The beach was close with lots of really good places to eat. We took about a 12 minute drive to Salted Vines vineyard it’s a really nice winery that’s relatively new. Worth the drive out to see it and stock up! Great pots and pan we did a big seafood boil the one night. Grocery stores are just a few miles down the road. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place and can’t wait to come back next summer with everyone. Thank you!

Beautiful home for a ladies getaway

What a beautiful home, lots of spaces to gather and relax. It was the perfect place for my friends and I to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Nice, quiet neighborhood, only 3 miles to the beach.
