The Space:
Located in the beautiful and quiet community of Grande at Canal Pointe, this gorgeous townhome is completely finished with brand-new furnishings. Walking in you will feel like this townhome has just given you a hug of comfort! Sit on the patio and gaze at the pond and peaceful surroundings. Easily walk to the two large community pools, tennis/pickleball/basketball court, bocce, and playground. Inside you’ll find a huge layout with all the touches of home. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in one of five plush bedrooms. Thoughtful perks like a private washer/dryer and central AC add convenience to your stay. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous counter space and stainless steel appliances. Grande at Canal Pointe is a premier beach community less than two miles from the beach. A short bike ride or stroll to everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer. Whether you are walking the neighborhood and getting some exercise, going to downtown Rehoboth Beach (only 1.5 miles away), or biking on Breakwater Trail, you will make lots of family memories in Worcester. Grande at Canal Pointe is near the outlets for shopping or a stroll to the pub, which is right down the street! Entertainment Upgrade: The owner recently added Roku streaming to every TV in the home! Guests can easily log into their favorite apps (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.) using Guest Mode. SHARED AMENITIES -Two pools -Tennis court -Pickleball court -Basketball court -Bocce court Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. We keep on coming back!
We had the most incredible stay at this house with our family! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed (and more) for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and unwind.
The location was unbeatable—This beach house truly felt like a home away from home.
Highly, highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a peaceful, retreat!

Large comfortable home close to everything!
I stayed at this beautiful home over the weekend with friends. Was very impressed with the amount of space, bedrooms, closets and bathrooms. The kitchen was lovely and had everything we needed, there was a nice table for dining as well as a lot of counter space. We were able to fit 10 girls very comfortably and everyone had plenty of space. The decor was lovely and aesthetically pleasing and the neighborhood was so peaceful, clean and safe. Super close to the beach, great restaurants and bars. Very easy and quick uber trips to town. Would DEFINITELY stay again!

Best Vacation Ever!
Our family had a fantastic stay at 37502 Worcester Dr. From the moment you walked in, you felt an immediate sense of peace and relaxation. The house was stocked with everything we could need. There was plenty of room for our large family to spread out and hang out. The bedrooms are all large sizes, with comfy beds. The location was great, easy drive or bike ride to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. Added perk was the 2 community pools in the development, with access to their gyms and amenities. Can’t wait to come back and create more family memories!
