Wonderful stay

This property was great- very clean, very spacious for our family of 6, and at a great location. It was a very short drive to Rehoboth Beach and was close to stores and restaurants. The community pool was also very refreshing after a day at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful retreat at the beach!

Our stay was wonderful, and we enjoyed the comfort and amenities that this lovely property offers. There was ample space for our entire family, and the large kitchen made it easy to prepare meals to enjoy together. The outdoor patios were a great addition, and the close proximity to some great restaurants and Rehoboth Beach made this the perfect location to enjoy a beach getaway. We will return!

No pool access, ant, and terrible customer support

Vacasa property management is unresponsive. Phone calls to Oregon after long waits didn’t get a solution. Emails must have confirmation number or Vacasa won’t help. Text number recommended on phone needs a key word or it won’t be accepted. ANTS all over kitchen. We cleaned and cleaned. We wrapped all food up. We took out trash twice a day, but they kept coming back. House is too far away to walk to beach. Parking pass let us park 1 mile away for free. Park mobile purchases required if you want to park closer. Cleaners didn’t leave toilet paper, or remove mold in shower. Upstairs bedrooms are hot. Vacuum cleaner flipped a circuit. No dustpan. The pool requires a fob to get in. Our fob didn’t work. Property manager wouldn’t help until 5 days of phone calls. So we only got in the pool once.

We loved our stay

Had a nice stay at this property. It is a nice neighborhood. My kids were able to ride their bikes safely to and from the pool. The pool was nice - would have been nice if they had lounge chairs but we made do. Good location. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
