In poor disrepair

The condo could be nice, but is in need of general repair, especially the AC unit in the master bedroom that leaks a lot.

Could be nice but needs attention and repair. AC units leaked terribly. Reported but no one showed up to repair. Loose door knobs and faucets and broken cabinet in bathroom. No spare linens….had to call to receive. Few pictures in the wall made me believe that the leaks were a longstanding problem. Overall unit was clean but couch was full of crumbs when laid out into a bed. Kitchen was nice, washer/dryer worked well. Location was convenient.
