    The Space:

    Take a well-deserved break by the ocean at this waterfront condo in Rehoboth Beach! Admire breathtaking sunrises off your furnished balcony while the beach comes alive six floors below. While you'll enjoy immediate access to the surf and sand as well as a refreshing, on-site pool, this property is also within a few miles of several local attractions including the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand, the Gordons Pond State Park Area, and Nassau Valley Vineyards, all less than 10 miles from your door. Inside your updated studio, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a table for two for mealtimes or laptops, and a living area with a cozy sectional, a king-size Murphy bed, and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Switch on the central air-conditioning on hot summer days or borrow one of the provided books and sit out on the balcony with your morning coffee or a cool drink. SHARED AMENITY - Outdoor pool Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. Shared laundry facilities on-site. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We had a wonderful, relaxing 2 night stay while we were in town doing some prep for our upcoming wedding this summer. The space was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and with blankets in the evening, enjoying the incredible view. We had beautiful weather so could leave the balcony door cracked for a light breeze and the sound of the ocean overnight. And waking up to see the sunrise right from the bed just can't be beat!

Beautiful unobstructed ocean view. Nicely decorated. Not a beach vibe, but still very nice. A couple of small hiccups with codes for getting the key, internet, and tv access. Will write owner separately to recommend changes to the instructions. Otherwise, a great place to stay and would highly recommend. Great water pressure in the shower. Lots of plug-ins for electronics (once I found them). Internet worked well. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was tiny, but we only used it for coffee and snacks. Just caution that the place is a little small. It’s fine for 2, but I wouldn’t recommend trying to squeeze any extra people in.

The view from the balcony was great! We were right on the beach/Boardwalk. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and see the beautiful, sparkling ocean and hear the waves. Parking was convenient. Good location. The pool could use some umbrellas for shade.

A Perfect Stay!

A super comfortable, newly renovated apartment, right on the boardwalk. Stunning ocean views, 1-2 mins to the beach and Rehoboth shops. The apartment has everything you need. We’ll be back!

Great place in Rehoboth!

We had a fantastic week at this property. The location allows you to park there and walk to everything in Rehoboth. It is perfect for a couple. The kitchen and bathroom were well appointed and the bed was comfortable. However, the balcony alone is worth it. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and feel the breezes from the ocean in the evening. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. George

The condo is the perfect size for two. My sister and I absolutely loved it and will definitely book again. Perfect location with absolutely stunning views of the ocean and beach. Great location

The studio was very large and decorated beautifully. It’s located on the boardwalk, so you can just park and walk to shops and restaurants. The balcony was a great place to enjoy the ocean view.

Very nice place convenient to a lot of activities. But Murphy bed gets in the way of the tv. You can’t watch tv from the Murphy bed. Other than that very nice place.

Would definitely stay here again! Perfect location, condo was well equipped including towels and sheets - beautiful view of the ocean as soon as you walk in ! Parked our car at check in and didn’t need it again til we checked out . We walked everywhere from shopping to eating. Very sad to leave but we will be back !
