Lovely stay Reims

A lovely, perfectly placed apartment only a stroll from the magnificent Cathedral.Jo kept us informed from start to finish.A lovely retro apartment and right next door to a large car park where Jo kindly lets you use a private parking place at a very reasonable cost.Easy access to nearby major routes.All in all just a lovely City to stay.Thank you Jo

Prima appartement voor een kort verblijf bij het centrum in Reims.

Gastheer Jo Greiner is heel behulpzaam, attent, goed bereikbaar en vriendelijk. De eigen parkeerplaats kwam in ons geval bijzonder goed uit. Bij een volgende bezoek maken we zeker weer gebruik van dit appartement.

Comfortable

Jo was an excellent and thoughtful host despite the language barrier. The apartment location is good but at present the street and several around it are being dug up. It’s a huge job. It didn’t really impact us too much and the apartment wasn’t too bad noise wise. Very quiet over the weekend. Getting a taxi there was a bit problematic though Jo’s instructions were clear, the driver didn’t listen once he had the address. It’s a 10 minute walk to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. An excellent boulongerie is a block away though I think it’s closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Reims Cathedral is also a 10 minute walk away. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. The bed was great. The shower was ok. Kitchen was full of useful items to cook with - plenty of plates etc - though we didn’t cook anything beyond coffee.

A beautiful apartment

A well appointed apartment with a great host however the roadworks( not under his control) make access and add lots of dust . Jo our host checked on us was kind and generous drove us to the station upon leaving .

Fantastic city apoartment

Excellent location for all city attractions and Champagne houses. Really cute appartement, nice retro style and yet well equipped. Comfy bed, good shower, good wifi, coffee machine etc of great standard. Check-in and check-out really easy with friendly host, who had great suggestions on local attractions. Parking was great in a secure lock up in an underground car park adjacent to the apartment building. Would recommend

Ambiance 1960’s à un jet de pierre (de chantier) de la cathedrale

L’appartement est très agréable, décoré avec des meubles et objets vintage ou reproduits dans l’esprit, hyper équipé et le proprietaire pousse les attentions jusqu’à fournir le café et produits d’entretien. Les cartes et folders touristiques sont utiles également. La localisation est excellente tant pour visiter la ville que pour laquitter d’autant plus que le parking juste à coté permet de se garer sans difficulté. Gros bémol temporaire que l’on decouvre surplace: la rue est en chantier avec des terassements tres bruyants de 8h à 17h....vibrations et autres marteaux pics rythment la journée et la chambre donne coté rue. Renseignez vous sur la durée des travaux en cours déjà depuis août si vous aspirez à unegrasse matinée ou une sieste tranquile...

Reims autumn 2024

Excellent property. Charming and original decorated interior. Host Jo was very easy to communicate with. There was a major roadwork being conducted in Reims in front of the property at the time of our visit, however, that did not affect our comfort. It was quiet and easily accessible by foot. Would definitely return if visiting Reims in the future.

My sister and I booked the apartment for a month and we cannot say enough good things about it. To start, Jo is the kindest, most considerate host I’ve ever had. There was not a single thing missing from the apartment or anything we’d wished we had. The location was perfect, a 15-minute walk from the city center and we felt perfectly safe the entire time.

Excellent stay in this apartment. Exceptionally clean and communication very good. Great location to visit Reims centre and visiting champagne houses. Easy access to Epernay by car. Very secure car parking space, underground in locked bay. C'est Magnifique!!

Great Apartment

The location of the apartment is good... it's close to all the sights and lots of restaurants. Everything was comfortable and nicely decorated. Parking in the garage next store was very convenient. The host is very nice..we managed to communicate even though neither of us spoke the other's language. We highly recommend this apartment.

Très bien situé,proche du centre ville, avec ttes commiditees Je recommande cette location.

Très belle ville, très propre…. Sur les pas de la guerre avec émotions, de belles visites à faire sur les vestiges et la vie de tous ces hommes morts pour notre pays!!!! Une campagne agréable à regarder et à profiter… Ss oublier la cathédrale, un peu déçus et la basilique très belle avec ses alentours.
