“Apartment was amazing: bright, clean, spacious. Breakfast items delivered outside the room each morning were high quality and complimentary. Excellent and timely communication was effortless using What’sApp. Staff were consummate professionals. Off street parking came with a remote to open the gate to the secure parking areas. Hot tub and accompanying saltwater infinity pool were on the roof. ”

“Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche im Bathalha Resort verbracht. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir spät Abends angekommen sind wurde der Schlüssel im Safe hinterlegt. Das Frühstück wurde täglich in unser Haus gebracht und war sehr köstlich. Wir konnten zwischen einem Standard und einem großen Frühstück wählen. Wir haben an der Rezeption sogar Ausflugstipps bekommen. Per what's app konnten wir jederzeit unsere Fragen stellen. Wir hatten auch einen wunderschönen Whirlpool auf……

“Our stay at Whales Bay Hotel was quite wonderful. We loved every aspect of it. The appartments and the common areas are all kept spotlessly clean. The reception staff were really heplful and knowledgeable about the islands. The hot tub and the steam/sauna was a highlight of our day. There is nothing about the accomodation we did not like. We will very probably book again next year.”

A parking lot belongs to this appartment. I can recommend this appartment for one or two person. Saozhana was very carring and gave me many good recomendations for food and sightseeing.”

We've never experienced anything like it! The staff were friendly and helpful, and recommended a really great tour to the east of San Miguel Island. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette had everything we needed ... No notes! We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.”
