Wrap around front porch with a propane grill , outdoor bar & patio furniture. Outdoor firepit. Master bedroom balcony has a 2 person outdoor patio set overlooking the creek for quiet evenings or morning coffee. Full kitchen with full size appliances & a small breakast/coffee bar. Full size dinning room table with self storing leaf for more room. Bring your boat or jetskis as this property has private lake access on beautiful crystal clear hinckley resevoir with a spot to put your favorite watercraft (public boat launch 1/4 mile down the road) , if you don't bring your own you can use our provided pedal boat or kayak. Just minutes away by vehicle , boat or kayak from the ever so popular Rocky's on the lake bar & restaurant. Public new york state beach just minutes away across the lake. This property is located right on new york state snowmobile trail c4 , you can ride your snowmobile right from the front door to tug hill or old forge !!!! Also many side by side/atv trails , biking & hiking trails accessible directly from this cabin.
