「Perfect house for a trip to the North Fork! Very clean and newly refinished. The place had everything we needed for the weekend and the host was very friendly. Great location! 」

「The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!」

「Terrific location for all our family members. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and plates. Brian was extremely responsive, which was so appreciated when asking questions about the area. Fun week for all!」

「Loved working with Ed. He and Laura are so nice and hospitable the entire way thru. Thank you for allowing us into your home. The local police were super nice, and the neighbors (may be visitors) were also so friendly.Fishing spots were fun on the beach and near Shinnecock Bay. If you dont catch anything, go to Mastic Seafood for fresh seafood!Overall, an amazing time!」

With plenty of room for all six of us spanning three generations, everyone from my youngest grandchild to myself was happy with the accommodations. The house was a great base for our family visit in the area. Don't hesitate to book this property—it was a great experience!」

Things like the pool having damage around the sides, a lot of dishes/cutlery missing, broken glass from prior guests behind chairs, etc. The house could use a walk through with a handyman to fix the issues popping up with fixtures and finishes and a restock on household basics.」
