Every staff member was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. Everything was spotless, and the amenities were excellent. Our only recommendation is regarding the spraying on the plants—we would prefer a more natural approach, as we noticed insects dying on the sidewalks afterward. Overall, this is a five-star resort, and we will definitely be back.

The resort is very nice and the rooms and service in the rooms were great. We had a really bad concierge girl ( her name started with the letter A) and a really good one. For the most part we found the restaurant staff very cold and not that engaging. There were exceptions but only a few. The resort was not busy at all. I would like to mention the breakfast wasnt free but ibhave no complaints!! The resort is amazing if you are looking to relax and disconnect with the sounds of the hectic world and want connect with a loved on or just want some "Me" time. The people are amazing and Anguilla is truly a hidden Gem. I cant wait to return!! Money is needed for just about everything!! This place doesnt disappoint

My wife and I arrived at Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club on November 15, and our stay has been nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome by bellman Kevin, who greeted us by name, to Zenobia’s smooth check-in with rum punches and cool towels, the service was impeccable. Our ocean-view suite on the 6th floor overlooking Rendezvous Bay was spotless and beautifully maintained. Resort ambassador Justin made our 7th anniversary truly special, surprising us with a chilled bottle of Fearless rosé from Sonoma County and chocolate-covered strawberries. The staff across the resort elevated our experience—Sweet Z at the beach, Elbert with snorkeling gear, and Marlon, who took me fishing twice where we caught blue runners, white backs, lizard fish, and snooks. We also enjoyed wonderful service from Maureen, Joyce, Javed, Khiry, and Toni at D. Richards Steakhouse, where vocalist Jeanette added to the atmosphere. Dinner at Sharky’s was another highlight. The activities kept us busy: a challenging bike ride between the Merrywing and Rendezvous sides, gym workouts, and relaxing beach time. Nightly turndown service was always appreciated. Dining at Breezes, Olivia’s, C-Level, the café, and the Thursday Lobster BBQ never disappointed—we ate enough lobster and crayfish to last the year. Anguilla may now be our favorite Caribbean island. At checkout, we were even sent off with parting rum punches. Visiting the week before T-giving made the resort feel quiet, intimate & unforgettable.

We’ve been wanting to go here for years! Everything was clean, peaceful, beautiful! All the staff knew us and treated our 1 1/2 year old like a princess. The hotel has amenities for kids like splash pad, playground, and water park but still with the feel of true luxury resort for adults. The ocean and beach were perfect and always able to find loungers. Can’t beat it!

Excellent stay. The staff was super nice and professional. Shout out to Tara in reception, the breakfast mgr at Chef Table w the dreadlocks, Rynesha, and Raheem/ Rasheed for exceptional service. Love the resort, but NOTHING IS FREE! It started at the ferry port, tips for everything. Nothing at the resort is free. We ended up spending more for food/service/tip than I paid for the stay! Everyone at the resort basically had their hand out for a tip for anything! We got stuck on the island because of Tropical Storm Jerry, figured they would comp or discount the room for the night, but NO! Charged full rate plus taxes. Its a shame because there was only a hand full of guest there and figured that they would want to make the stay unforgettable in a good way, not a bad way.

Gorgeous gorgeous resort! water park was fantastic, staff was the most friendliest we've met. Justin Time was most accommodating for us in every way. The valet was great, the rooms smelled amazing and were very clean. Food was also exceptional. There was a cafe in the lobby which we went to quite often. The beach was so beautiful and overall the family had the most wonderful time and we would rank this to be one of our favorite resorts.

Traveling for our Honeymoon & this Resort was Amazing. From inception the staff was incredible. They communicated with me to make arrangements for transportation, the entire process was seem less. The stag goes way above & beyond ! In Al my years of traveling I haven’t met so much genuine, good hearted staff as they are .. I mean Every single 1 of them . Jessica in amazing! She welcomed us with drinks & told us to relax while she checked us in , no lines no frustrations. The resort director is amazing! He transported us to dinner himself and took amazing care of us ! The restaurants amazing ! Be prepared to be in a food coma , we dined in D Richards steak house absolutely Devine ! The cleanliness in this resort is exceptional! 10 stars !
