This is a historic home built in the 1920s and the house itself is fantastic. There are nice entertaining areas both outside and in the family room. The upstairs bathroom is roomy, the downstairs one a little small, but useable. The bedrooms were well situated and all were well appointed and comfortable. The outside area with the massive picnic table, grill, fire pit, and games were great! The kitchen is small but useable, although there were not many pots and pans - we bought a couple to use and left them for the next guests. Overall, we loved staying here, other than the one oddity to me - it's very clear in the listing that quiet hours are 8 pm - 9 am, so we assumed it was in a quiet neighborhood. Imagine our surprise to arrive and find that it was in the middle of a number of fraternity houses. Our stay was over a weekend, and on Saturday night one of our rental cars was egged and there were parties everywhere. It's not unexpected behavior for college students and good on them for enjoying life! But I wish we had been better informed about the location. Overall, the house was fantastic, and we would likely stay here again over the summer, but I don't know that we would repeat the experience during the school year over a weekend. We only had to call the property manager once at the very beginning of the stay and they were easily accessible and solved the issue immediately (the alarm was set and we did not have the access code).
