「Kids love the pool, restaurant is just ok. 」

「I booked for two bed one night. When I checked in they told me my room was unavailable. They can only offer me a queen bed with a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Honestly, the soda bed is very very very uncomfortable. The air condition was not work about 5 hours until 9：30pm the technical people came for fix. The cotton package was opened already. Felt upset. Because We paid around $400/per night. 」

「Pros - Great place to stay for Indian Well, close to a cute downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. Quiet and relaxing. Cons - they must allow pets here, lots of people have their dogs. Great for them, not so great for other people who had to deal with pet hairs, or had allergies to dogs. They tried to keep it clean, but I am sure people let their pets on the bed and sofa, etc...」

「What a great spot! Comfortable space, great parking. Only one serious down turn... they had landscapers with chain saws buzzing hedges literally outside my door at 8:45am. If I'd been asleep for more than 3 hrs that wouldn't have been so annoying, albeit it still would have been very loud and disruptive. Checkout is at 11... it would have been nice if they would have saved that for closer to departure time. 」

「Great place to stay for a retreat from Midwest winter. The unit was fine and close to the main pools which are the only ones heated in the winter. Well stocked unit. Agree with others that more indoor lighting would be a plus — especially in main bedroom.」

「Great for a couples visit to Coachella! Clean place. Nice mini kitchen (microwave for late night frozen food snacks; coffee and toast in the morning). Pool is shared by two other units.」

「First and foremost I found the property on arrival to be as depicted in the ad material. Lovely home.... clean, comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. Any questions I had for Jan were responded to promptly and with a sense of "caring". The location is excellent particularly if you enjoy sunsets while sitting on the backyard patio. Del Webb amenities are first class and there is a good community feel in this newest of the Del Webb Cal desert resorts. Would love to be back there right now!」

「The community is well kept. Loved being able to walk to La Quinta Resort for morning coffee. And the cafe on property was great for breakfast. Only downside was finding street parking for this unit. Will stay again for sure.」
