“This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. The property sits next to good dominican restaurants, convenient stores and even……

“The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable”

“The house was amazing. It was set in such a beautiful place, exactly how the photos portray it. The staff were wonderful. Anna made us breakfast every morning and most of our dinners which were better than anything we ate out of the house. Henry was so kind and helpful and, Isabel kept the house looking amazing. The beds were very comfortable as well. This was a perfect place for our large family with children and we would definitely rebook in the future ”
