Inaccurate listing

This place is not for recommendation. We were promised a large room with 4 windows living room corner view that had its own price but we were given a smaller one with that same price. When we contacted them their reply was "You booked a two bedroom unit and that is what you stayed in". They weren’t helpful at all and didn't even consider to at least refund us the extra money we paid for the larger room. Also when we got there they asked us to pay for parking which was a shock because parking is included but they didn't bother reading what they offered or what I paid for until I brought it up and showed them on the contract that the parking is included and I shouldn't pay extra for parking. Just a tip if you booked this place read carefully everything and stay aware of what you'll pay extra for later in your stay.
