“The whole property was spotless and had everything we needed”

“Breakfast and property/room is just good enough to what you paid for (£49-1 night for a double room 2A). Also included parking.”

“Clean and quiet. Good location, just opposite to the train station and 15 min walk to the Rochester high street. Room is newly furnished and comfortable.”

“Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly Friendly staff, a clean room, and very comfortable beds. There is also plenty of parking available right outside, which was very convenient. We especially liked that you could always go to the reception area to pick up extra tea bags, coffee, sugar, etc. to use with the kettle in the room. During our three-day stay, the room was cleaned on request, and towels were changed upon request as well. When I asked for fresh towels, they arrived promptly—and as a lovely……

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was freezing and no window in room!!! Very strange little room. There was a window which couldn’t open into the inside corridor! ”

“on arrival we request more pillows as there was only 3 in a family room hours later returned to ask again no pillows turnt up , one of the beds had a big dip in the bed , there was cracks in the wall , breakfast was terrible no cooked couldnt call it continental there was cereal with gone off milk toast & choice of 2 muffins , tea & coffee, all in all over priced & will not say here again ”

“OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. Hope these……

“Nice room and great breakfast but bed was a bit hard and the sink in our room filled up and water took ages to go down. Also black bits came out of the cold tap so we didn’t fancy drinking the water from it. ”

“Breakfast was great considering it was free. Easy access to get in. Friendly staff. No issues.”

“The staff and the food were excellent and without fault. The rooms are similar to other Best Western hotels I've stayed in, in so much as they are a little dated, however the venue was quiet and I had a good nights sleep.”
