Nice hotel in the Alps, but unfriendly staff

We stayed at Alpenparks hotel in Warth in the summertime. It was a great place for day trips in the mountains. The apartment was really nice and with great views of the mountains. Our kids loved the pool. Unfortunately the staff was unfriendly which made us feel unwelcome.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt leider gar nicht gefallen. Angefangen bei dem zu kalten Wellnessbereich und kaltem Pool, über das schlechte Essen bis hin zu den unfreundlichen Mitarbeitern.

Sehr modern und grosszügige Apartments

Es war alles super bis auf unser Auschecken; - grosszügige + moderne Apartments - bequeme Betten - gutes + grosszügiges Wellness -Tiefgarage Leider wurden wir an der Reception sehr schlecht behandelt; Beim Auschecken haben wir erwähnt, dass wir leider keine Info gekriegt haben, dass die Reception am Vorabend nicht besetzt war (sonst bis 16 Uhr für die Frühstücksbestellung) und eine Info hilfreich gewesen wäre. Die Antwort "ist halt so" hat uns dann sehr überrascht und wir haben dann geantwortet, dass dies nun leider auch nicht hilfreich ist und man uns doch kurz eine email schreiben oder anrufen können. Eine weitere freche Antwort folgte und ich sagte nochmals, dass ihre Antwort nicht hilfreich ist oder man doch kurz erklären kann wieso die Reception bereits geschlossen war. Dann eskalierte die Situation aus dem Nichts und uns wurde gesagt, wir sollten doch wieder dorthin zurück wo wir hergekommen sind. Ohne weitere Kommentar habe ich dann das Hotel verlassen, da ich sehr geschockt war... Leider nicht den Service den man sich erhofft!!! Beim Einchecken und das Putzpersonal waren aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit...

Wir haben kürzlich im Alpenparks Warth übernachtet und waren leider sehr unzufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in Apartment Nr. 9. Hier sind die Hauptgründe für unsere Unzufriedenheit: 1. Mängel in der Wohnung: - Vorbereitung der Wohnung: Bei unserer Ankunft war der Mülleimer noch vom Vormieter überfüllt und der Kühlschrank war ausgeschaltet, was für unsere Lebensmittel zunächst ungünstig war. - Heizung: Die Wohnung war extrem kalt. Ohne warme Kleidung oder Decken war es unmöglich, sich dort aufzuhalten. - Funktion der Steckdosen: Einige Steckdosen funktionierten nur, wenn die indirekte Beleuchtung in der Küche eingeschaltet war. Besonders problematisch war, dass die Steckdosen in den Bädern, an denen die Handtuchheizungen angeschlossen waren, nicht funktionierten. - Licht und Strom im Schlafzimmer: In einem der Schlafzimmer funktionierten die Nachttischlampen nur, wenn die Zimmerbeleuchtung eingeschaltet war, was unpraktisch ist. Dadurch war auch das Laden von Geräten am Bett nicht möglich. 2. Service: - Vorbestellung Frühstückspaket: Unsere Versuche, das Frühstückspaket vorab zu bestellen, scheiterten. Telefonisch wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Rezeption geschlossen sei, und auf unsere E-Mail über Expedia wurde nicht reagiert. Beim Einchecken wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass das Paket nicht mehr verfügbar sei. - Rezeption: Der Check-in-Prozess dauerte 45 Minuten, da die Rezeptionistin überfordert war. Wir benötigten einen zweiten Parkplatz, was zu
