「We loved our stay at the Sheraton! Although the room type we booked was over booked they called on our way into town and more than made up for the downgrade in room type with free parking, Clipper tickets for the game and dropped the rate. We still had a stunning view and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to get back!」

「The white older man that works there on the second floor in the mornings at breakfast and helps cleans is very nice! I really like him. He has great customer service skills. He had helped my sister and I get familiar with the area and he’s very talkative which I like! Great guy, great employee! 」
