Great site, just in need of a minor ‘refresh’.

Excellent location and detail upon how to ‘check-in’ was prompt and accurate. The site itself could probably do with a quick refresh of general decoration but overall didn’t spoil a nice weekend away.

The property is in a lovely quiet location just 15 mins walk from the beach in Southwold. The property is well suited for a couple and has a private outside seating area to relax in the sun.

Wonderful

A fantastic location for exploring Southwold. Once we arrived we didn't need to use the car at all. The cottage had all the amenities you'd need for a comfy stay. We'd come again and heartily recommend it.

4 night autumn break...

Great, quiet location for Southwold & surrounding area. 15 min' walk to sea front. Spacious floor area, but we found the low ceiling upstairs a challenge. Although bed (very comfy), bath, kitchen ok, general feel of being unloved as very cobwebby, dead insects on flooring in corners & under furniture; we actually had to get Henry out to remove pile at foot of stairs & found cupboard also littered. Also very grubby paintwork in places, broken light, kitchen chair & bulb needed replacing over cooker. As the kitchen lighting was poor found ourselves cooking in a very dark corner! Hope the house gets a good end of season blitz as it could be amazing. Parking no problem & a nice, private sunny little courtyard. Rang Air Manage Suffolk with a problem on Day 2. They took our mobile number & said they'd call back but had no communication from them. We didn't follow up as managed to sort ourselves. Very unprofessional though & had my email if they'd taken the phone number down incorrectly?! So a mixed review which is a great shame as I said before, this could be really lovely if given some attention.
