Very nice studio apartment in the city center

Cozy and very nice studio apartment in the center of Reykjavík.
The studio is a converted garage and can fit two people with two single beds placed side by side. The kitchen has everything that you need for basic cooking and there is a small bathroom with a shower. Free WiFi and free parking in the street. Nice garden. BSÍ the Bus Terminal is only in 12-15 min walking distance from the apartment.

If you like visiting galleries, historic buildings, museums, going to the theatre or visiting good restaurants and bars, this is the perfect place for you as is it all in a short walking distance. The studio is only 10 minutes walk to museums, galleries, restaurants, the main shopping street (Laugavegur) and to swimming pool with hot tubs (Barónstígur).

I found this stay was good. We did not cook on the oven,it was an old model and i was confused on how to work it. The biggest negative was the water coming out of the faucet smelled of sulfur like the gyser pits. The bathroom sink was so small you could not use it. Overall we had a good stay it is close to everything you can park your car on the street which was great

Great bachelor apartment

Perfect little spot for a single traveler or a couple. Basic necessities including nice small kitchenette. Only small issue the water smelt like super. Not sure if I needed to run the water more? But did not deter my stay

Excellent location

My husband and I stayed here and were delighted by the functionality of this apartment and the convenience of the location. We had a rental car, but only used it to tour the island. We walked from the apartment to all the major inner city attractions including restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable and check in/out was flawless. Highly recommend this property.

Just a s described

This quaint little garage conversion was perfect as a home base for our adventures. It was super clean, had all the essentials and was just a walk away from all the hubub. Streets are narrow, but always had room to park our rental. As mentioned in other reviews the shower is small (us Americans are used to oversized everything) but it worked well and had great water pressure and temp. Greta price and great little spot. )

Winter trip to Iceland

This studio is a perfect fit for two people, especially if you are not staying very long. We were only there for a few days, so it was the perfect place to stay while being right in downtown Reykjavík. If you’re looking to do tours and excursions it’s very easy to walk or get a taxi to BSI bus terminal that has bus transportation options. Otherwise the apartment is in walking distance to downtown Reykjavík. If it’s bad weather it’s quick and easy to get a taxi to anywhere in the city. If you go during winter and plan on walking a lot, I do recommend making sure you have good boots and spikes for ice, as we found in the more residential areas the streets and sidewalks were not very clear and after some of the snow melts it becomes very slippery. Overall, the apartment is in a great location, it’s clean, and is a great place to stay!

Lovely stay in cozy studio apartment

This property was perfect for us. We had a car but walked everywhere in Reykjavik because the location was so great. Comfy bed and cheerful accommodation. The owner replied to us quickly. Would stay again.

Perfect location. Cute little studio apartment. Everything needed for a stay in Iceland. Would suggest that pillows could be replaced for a more comfortable stay but everything else was excellent.

Great little apartment

This is a great apartment right near the city center. Not fancy, but everything you need. There is no tv or microwave and the bathroom is tight on space. Those things were not an issue for us, but more an fyi for other travelers. Highly recommended!

This small apartment was incredibly organized so that it felt much larger than it was. Very well appointed, wonderfully friendly and helpful hosts, and in a quiet street — but just minutes from the main shopping area and art museum. We were very happy, especially considering the reasonable price. Our only suggestion would be the addition of a microwave.

Outside of apartment look not nice. Couple summer flowers front of The door so traveller would feel welcome. The apartment was comfortable and located was great. Beds were exallent!
