“Overall it's good for a night or two at best. Upon check-in I noticed a broken towel hook, a couple stains on the couch, a child's toy and lots of dirt under the couch, and there was no trashcan. I let the virtual front desk know about the towel hook and requested a trashcan both through text and a phone call. They said they would make a note of the hook and have someone bring a trashcan. We were there 2 nights and never received the trashcan or any follow-up. After checking out I requested an……

“Inside the hotel it was very hot. The corridors were very hot. It felt like walking through a furnace. The staff was alright. We could not figure out how to work the coffee machine. Called and requested the staff to come. They said they would send someone, but no one came.”

“I do recommend the hotel when you visit Iceland! The location is good, it is near bus stop #4, so it is very convenient for pick-up, no matter traveling coaches or airport buses. The room was clean and cozy, and facilities were also satisfied what I needed. Staff were friendly and provided necessary info too.”

“職員友善，地點位置方便，早餐豐富，但房間太細太窄，2樓就近樓下巴士站有點嘈（經常聽到樓下人聲），近馬路聽到車聲，無景觀因為一開窗便與路人對望，需長期拉窗簾，廁所門難開關，床單多毛粒。”
