“Perfect for just sleeping place. ”

“This hotel is a chain, and there are several of them around the city. This particular location was very clean. The staff was very courteous and the room while small was very well put together. One thing they don’t tell you about Ratković is that the Sulphur smell travels through the hot water system so we had to keep our restroom door closed the entire day I would definitely go back and see the water. The breakfast was beautiful and the bartenders were generous.”

“The Alda Hotel is situated in the heart of old Reykjavic and many sites are within easy walking distance. It is also close to a pick up point used by tour companies. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only negative (and its a minor point) was that I found the lighting in the room too dark. would happily stay there again”

“By far my favorite hotel experience ever- and I have stayed at many. The location is remote enough for peace and quiet yet easily accessible to the main city. There is even a bus not far, though we rented a car. We took the room with the private hot tub and would do it again (though no kitchenette in this unit). It was clean, there was plenty of space and staff was accessible despite not having a traditional check in desk. Can’t wait to come back.”

“The hotel room and bathroom is big enough for 3 of us but the daily cleaning is not ideal. I still can see some hair and dust still on the floor. Moreover, the housekeeper won’t refill the amenities automatically even she notice that it is no more.”
