“Room was clean. Fitness room was small, but useful equipment; dumbbells, stationary cycle and treadmill. Breakfast offerings were limited but decent. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereal, waffle machine, yogurt and juices.”

“Rooms were clean. The staff were helpful. However if you reserve a balcony room or are on the second floor there is no elevator at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and settled us in a nice room on the ground floor. The continental breakfast is limited. Waffles, oatmeal packs and packaged breakfast bars is pretty much it. No eggs, meats or variety of fruits.”

“Roches and very dirty, the appliances kept shorting the power out when staff told they didn't even try to move us rooms was stopped by other guests letting me know how bad it was”

“The hotel was nice however our TVs had no reception in either room.”

“Staff were very polite and helpful. They didn’t mind to give me extra towels or toilet paper. My room was also very clean. Would definitely recommend this place if you want to feel comfortable.”

“Get away from busy life and stay in a unique and comfortable and enjoyable treehouse. Camping style living but very comfortable in the treehouse with good ac. Grilled out and had a campfire. Slept well ”

“Our family came from Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Florida area to celebrate our 55 th Wedding Anniversary. Ages 6 months to 77. We had the greatest time. We enjoyed the kayaks that were available. We also rented a pontoon boat for the day. The Marina is not far away that had rentals. We had a photographer come to take family pictures down by the lake. We were definitely in the Mountains of Tennessee. The staff were very helpful also. Thank you for a wonderful family 2026 vacation. The……

“It was a unique set up and quiet and peaceful. Showers were really cool.”

“This cabin was wonderful! I am very happy with our stay here.”

“Had never been in a "tiny house" before, though my wife and I live fulltime in a large fifth wheel trailer. It was a unique experience to have everything so close. The cabin is well-kept and extremely clean. I would recommend staying there for anyone needing to be in that area of Tennessee. Very nice garden area right by the forest (see photo) and the bird feeder was a plus, since it was very active with local birds.”

“We had an amazing time. Everything was so peaceful and relaxing. The owners are wonderful! We are already talking about next time.”

“Bluewater Resort has it all. Wonderful clean cottage with full kitchen & all amenities. We rented a boat slip with electric to plug in daily. We were on the water 10 hours a day, the fishing spots are endless. In our many travels throughout TVR, this is the best location. The staff, where do I begin. Rachel is a gem, a bubbly ray of light & a wealth of info! Everyone was beyond friendly. Conversation, fishing tackle, gas & snacks right at the store. Wish we would never have to leave but……

“We had the best time in the Stargazer tent on our cross country trip. Mrs Barb was friendly and kind to my children and our dog, Eos. I have already recommended this VRBO to all of our friends and we plan to book again on our way back home next week!Lovely, peaceful, pet and kiddo friendly. We went to sleep with the mountain soundtrack around us, crickets, owls, wind rustling. Simple and perfect. Thank you for having us!”

“We loved your place! It was great to meet you and visit.”

“ok”

“Very nice property”

“Rustic cabin in a beautiful rural setting. Watched deer in the wildflower meadow just outside the front door. Front and back porches with seating made for great early morning breakfasts. Well appointed kitchen. Phyllis was very easy to contact and work with. The town of Dayton is quaint and convenient to hiking. Chattanooga is an easy 50 minute drive. Overall great place to stay!”

“Quiet, Clean, Fast responses from host, Easy check-in, and my pet was welcome.”
