It was older but SO CLEAN. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially “Granny Ann.” The hot breakfast was excellent. The surrounding area is beautiful. Will stay there again!

Great staff!

The staff was incredibly accommodating and sweet. The room was comfortable and very clean. I was treated quite well. My room's refrigerator wasn't working and the staff took care of it immediately.

Stayed in the room with the Jacuzzi tub. It was wonderful. Peaceful and relaxing. The staff was super friendly. Will definitely be staying there again whenever I'm in this area.

The room was really gross. The floors had not been cleaned it what appears to be a long time. The room was heavily perfumed to cover the damp smell. There were flies flying everywhere. The bedding felt damp. There was mold in the bathroom and the pipes near the ceiling looked rusted and painted over several times. The reviews were very misleading.

Needs a little bit of help

In general is good except things always seem to be sort of missing from what I would’ve expected. For instance, the last morning I was there I noticed that I didn’t have clean towels. But it was too late to try to get Any at that particular point in time. And another time I had like the shampoo were collapsed in the shower afterwards with me using it. But I didn’t get fresh ones. Overall, the room was very clean and I was overall satisfied.

Ms. Ann in the front, the owners and the cleaning staff were all super nice, accommodating and very helpful. There was plenty of boat parking and places to plug them in. Everyone who worked there was kind.

Great Value

The associates at the front area were amazing. Had attention to service and detail. Breakfast was so above what is usually offered at this cost. Hot breakfast with waffles, cereals, fruits and yogurts. My daughter was even able to dress her waffle with peanut butter and chocolate. Other additives available. Maids were immature teenagers, and able to answer a simple question in English and laughed off my question. In fairness, rooms were clean. Definitely will stay again.

Please consider relocating the grab bar in RM 129. I slipped when I stepped in the shower and fell flat on my back last night. The grab bar is opposite end of the faucet and not in a convenient spot. Everything else about the room was fine. Just stiff, achy body today.

Double Charge

I prepaid my reservation at Hotels.com with Hotels.com gift card like I always do. I was put in a room with bathroom that was inaccessible, under construction/remodeling. (tools, rusty gaskets, debri in tub, safety bars laying on floor dismantled, etc) so I went back to check in and requested another room. The next room was fine. Then I received a banking text alert of my debit card charge. I called the front desk and was told it was an accidental charge as he didn't know I prepaid. My bank normally takes 5-7 business days to clear this. So I double paid for my overnight visit! Besides that being disappointing and very costly, the unacceptable thing is that no one was going to tell me! If my bank hadn't alerted me of a charge I wouldn't have known until I checked my account later on in the week. This definitely makes me rethink staying here again.
