I’ve been contacting the hotel since I got back to the UK trying to get a refund, but 7 messages later and I still have not heard back from them. The only negative to an otherwise lovely annual visit.」

「Absolutely wonderful hotel, and what makes it so good is the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful staff anyone could ask for, a real credit to the owners. It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay. 「Struttura che è molto impattante all'arrivo, poi il personale veramente molto gentile e disponibile, la camera con una vista invidiabile lo rendono gradevole. La camera ben arredate e pulita, purtroppo non ha il frigo bar. La struttura è ben organizzata e permette di avere tutti i servizi, negozi e ristoranti a portata di mano. Comunque è un ottima scelta」
