“酒店环境优雅舒适，走精品酒店的路线，房间不大但很温馨，很欧洲，特别是房间的布置和软装。更值得一提的是酒店的早餐一定要吃，食材新鲜，23欧的价格物超所值，而且小孩免费。酒店地理位置虽然离老城较远，但沿着Necker河漫步10几分钟就到，还能欣赏河边的美景，不错。就是价格小贵，但想想被欧洲酒店之星评选为五星级，这个价格也可接受。”

“Unique is the location on the main (pedestrian) street, while the carpark (and main attractions) are not far away. The room amd bathroon are spacious. Daily cleaning is only if you ask for it. There are also no tea and coffee facilities in the room.only a bottle of water ”

“Property is in an excellent location. The Altstadt is outside the back of the property and the shopping area is a block away. Parking is underground. The breakfast was great with everything you could want. The room we had overlooked the Altstadt area and was clean and quiet. If we return to Heppenheim this would our hotel of choice. Very highly recommend.”
