“The cottage was cozy, clean, and perfect for our family of four. It was more than comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. “All brand-new appliances, impeccably clean! Close to the beach. One level and no stairs which is great for the older folks! Beautiful rooms, bathrooms, floors! Not a very large house, but very cozy. I would say it sleeps 3 couples if sharing a room, or 3-4 people if not sharing (couch adds one). Nothing bad to say. Would rent again!”

“The host provided timely information and was responsive to an inquiry upon arriving. The boathouse was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was regulating the heat. The kitchen was well supplied and organized. The bathroom is quite small, especially the shower, but it is sufficient for average sized people. The location is wonderful, very convenient for spending time in Niantic. Overall, it was a very nice stay. ”

“Absolutely perfect spot and home. Close enough to everything one wants to be close to while being outside of the hustle and bustle. Beautiful outside dining was perfect for morning coffee while kiddo played in the yard. The third bedroom was also the tv room, which meant negotiating shared space, but it all worked out. We would love to stay here again.”

“My mother, daughter and I had an amazing time staying in the Block Island property. It was perfect for the one night we spent in Mystic. It was so clean, convenient and comfortable. The hosts added little classy touches like a complementary bottle of wine, blankets for outside and even binoculars to check out the harbor. Can’t wait to go back when we are able to spend more time. ”
