「The houses were very nice and spacious, there was plenty of room for the kids to play and for the adults to gather, the fireplace gave a cozy feeling, the staff was very soulful, we were told about many beautiful places to visit. I recommend」

「Страхотен малък хотел. Много любезен персонал. Закуската може да бъде подубрена с по голям избор на хляб и кроасани, но като цяло беше добре. Единственото неприятно нещо беше не от хотела а от съсесдния ресторант. Музуката е много висока и до 2 ч сутринта монтираният бокс на стената им гърмеше. Рецепцията на хотела всяка вечер викаха полиция. Ако този проблем се реши всичко ще бъде прекрасно.」

「A wonderful and relaxing wellnes hotel in a magical place. The hotel was spacious and rooms were very well kept 2 notes : the beds are much less firm than expected . Employees and supplier unfortunatly smoke just under the room window which makes it bit annoying .」

「This hotel has a nice small outdoor pool open through the winter (08 am through 20-00) where thermal water stays sufficiently warm, and a warmer indoor pool. Sodium-fluoride waters are nice. The breakfast buffet is good and accommodations are comfortable (although unfortunately no kettle in the rooms). Good wifi. Straightforward parking and late arrival is possible. If you start hiking up the hill from the hotel you can join bicycle trail 220 going up to Ostrets peak (elevation gain of around...

「Staff are helpful. Breakfast is good. Swimming pool is beautiful. Room is a bit old but tidy. Room facilities are basic. Far away from city center and shopping areas. No public transport except taxi.」

「Handy for our visit to the Trigrad region (Devils throat cave). The sauna and pool looked great, but we didn't have spare time to use them, or the games room. The central heating was a bit cool for someone from Darwin (and probably other cooler places too).」

「Not a lot of positive to say about this hotel. Check in was delayed more than 1 hour and was total disaster. The hotel feels old and worn. When we get the rooms there was no towels or bathrobe. There's no chance to 5 stars, i would say 2 stars maximum. Realy dont recommend this hotel at all 」

「The owner wants to be friendly , yet this place isn’t really a hotel . It’s like a love motel at the edge of the town where couples rent rooms for a short stay . The rooms smell of smoke and cleaning chemicals .」

「This was a really convenient complex, the opportunity to ski straight in and out was an added bonus. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Only downside was the communication - the in-room leaflet said there was a breakfast buffet served daily, but when asking reception they did not know anything about this. Local area was good with great access to the ski lifts and various restaurants and bars. Quiet when we were there but should imagine it can get quite lively. 」
