"Modern rooms and amenities that look like they were remodeled within the last year or two. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant with interesting items on the menu and a pleasant bar with about 15 items on tap. Good value stay."

Check-in and out process a little clunky due to no at property parking, but instructions for managing that were very clear and only a challenge if you have lots of stuff. "Clean and tidy caravan. Nice seating and kitchen area plus two bathrooms. Double bed mattress could be newer, was a bit springy. Trainline behind could disturb light sleepers. WiFi only available from adjoining hotel."

"Village dated . Boarded up pub at entrance. Litter and decay everywhere. Hated accommodation. So expensive for the dirty shabby place. Furnishing disgusting. Living room rug disgusting. Can see in pics.Mismatch of pots and pans, cutlery. All greasy. Had to buy socks to avoid contact with floor. Could go on but what's the point. Owners don't care. "Firstly, the chalet was very difficult to find. The host only gave us the instruction to check the map outside reception. After having to find a member of bar staff (as reception had closed by the time of our arrival), we were told this map had long been removed. Secondly, the chalet had a mould issue. The cabin had a foul odour throughout of damp. There was mould on the curtains and around fixtures and fittings. Thirdly, the shower did not drain quickly. By the end of your shower, you were up...
