"Unfortunately as is happening several times on my so far week long travels I had to switch rooms.. I had already unpacked and brought my dog and dog food up to the room and got relaxed and then I could not get the bathtub or shower to work no water.. the front desk clerk who was very kind did graciously give me the room across the hall so he transition was fairly easy but it was still time and frustration"
